Shout out to my awesome cousin JR who is going to do amazing at his new job in Atascadero. He has a great place with an awesome picture of a monkey hanging on the wall! And as you can see he has pretty much all the essentials in his fridge. This weekend was filled with lots of shopping, unpacking, assembling (that new entertainment center took forever!) and of course eating!

Seriously my cousin is pretty great. Thanks for a fun weekend JR!

So far JR has purchased an umbrella that looks like a ninja sword and a picture of a monkey.

Can’t you tell how excited JR was to be in a car with me for 4 straight hours? Two bags of beef jerky, a little ocean view action and a failed lesson in whistling and we were there. Not a bad drive at all!

With cookies, soda and beef jerky in my bag…we are more than ready to watch Michelle’s play!

Len thought she would contribute to the paper I am writing. Such insight!

My cousin is the next Dr. Phil

See this is why I love my cousin, always looking out for me…LOL. This is what he sent me after reading it on AOL news. Thanks JR!

RED FLAG #3: If your spouse spends more time on the tennis courts than spending time with you, you may be headed for divorce. It is very easy for a married person to find oneself completely absorbed in the activities of everyday life. In order for a marriage to have a chance at succeeding over time, each spouse has to put the marriage first. Making time on a daily basis to connect with your partner is an absolute must. If you spend more time focusing on other people or other activities, then your marriage is bound to suffer.

Someone just asked me if I could help him communicate with a student that spoke very little English. He ask if I could talk to her in Chinese for him. Really? LOL
